The past few years have taught us so many lessons:  from taking our normal, mundane activities for granted to realizations that maybe, just maybe, the lives that we live need a little tweaking in some ways.  Sometimes; however, we realize that our focus may be a little misguided.  Maybe we are focusing on a few negative aspects rather than many handfuls of positive ones.  Maybe we know that want something different for ourselves or our families or our lives--but, we just can't seem to get ourselves on that different path.


Today, I have a few of my favorite motivational quotes about focus and mental clarity that may help you change or redirect your focus to better work toward your goals or even help you focus your intentions and ideas to set some goals and plans!

Conversely, if we focus on positive and empowering thoughts, those thoughts will also manifest themselves in our lives, leading to more positive and fulfilling experiences.
